’S-HERTOGENBOSCH, 1 OCTOBER 2021 | Certitudo Capital has developed the three former office villas with the name Trinity Buildings into a modern apartment complex with 133 apartments. The apartments have been delivered, whereby the latest quality and sustainability standards have been applied.

For Certitudo Capital, this is the first in a long series of completions in the new Amstel III urban district. The organization has a total of sixteen positions in Amstel III and works closely with the municipality and other developers to shape this very extensive area development. In the first half of 2022, the construction of the office development Amstel NEXT and the residential development &Amsterdam will start.
