Certitudo Capital delivers the nine-storey apartment complex The Bank in the center of Tilburg. All 37 apartments in the building have been let, the new residents have already moved in.

The Bank combines living and working in the beating heart of Tilburg. The building at Heuvelring 88 covers more than 7,000 sqm. The upper floors have been transformed into 37 private sector rental homes: 35 apartments with a surface area of approximately 50 sqm and two penthouses of approximately 94 sqm with a balcony. The ground floor of 2,300 sqm, which was renovated in 2020, will retain its office function and has been leased to ABN AMRO on a long-term basis.

The residents of The Bank share a communal outdoor area and parking facilities. In the context of sustainability, the building is equipped with individual heat pumps, new glazing, new frames and insulation, which means that The Bank has an A energy label. The apartments have a luxurious finish and are fully equipped.

The Bank is located right in the center – close to the Piushaven, the railway zone and within walking distance of the Central Station, and yet also close to the A56 and A58 motorways. The colleges and Tilburg University are also within cycling distance. A real prime location for a future-proof mixed-use object like this one.

In 2016, Certitudo Capital bought the ABN AMRO office building. The property is now structured as a long-term investment in one of the investment funds of Certitudo – iResidence V C.V.

Ramon van Stekelenborg – Asset Manager at Certitudo Capital: ”Due to the unique location in the center of Tilburg, the high-quality finish and the affordable housing, the apartments were rented out within a very short time. The first reaction of the tenants is that they are very satisfied with their accommodation.”
