CERTITUDO CAPITAL OBTAINS A SOCIAL PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 561 RENTAL HOMES IN AMSTERDAM.

‘S-HERTOGENBOSCH, 15 MARCH 2023 | Certitudo Capital has obtained the environmental permit for the realization of the `&Amsterdam’ project of 561 homes and 1,000 sqm of facilities in Amstel III.

&Amsterdam is located at Hettenheuvelweg 12, 14 and 16 and therefore borders directly on the Hondsrug Park. The central city park of Amstel III will be realized on the Hondsrusgweg and is 700 meters long. The 561 rental properties of &Amsterdam vary from studios and duplexes to two, three and four-room apartments with areas of approximately 31 sqm to 120 sqm. The houses are equipped with a private outdoor space or shared courtyard.

Arno van den Thillart, Director of Project Development Certitudo Capital: “We are working intensively with both other project developers and the municipality of Amsterdam to give substance to the Amstel III area transformation. Obtaining this environmental permit is an important milestone. In the coming months we will be working hard to prepare for the actual start of construction on this project. The prognosis is to start construction at the end of 2023 and to complete the entire project in 2026.”
