CERTITUDO CAPITAL OBTAINS ENVIRONMENTAL PERMIT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 561 RENTAL HOMES IN AMSTERDAM.

‘S-HERTOGENBOSCH, 15 MAART 2023 | Certitudo Capital has obtained the environmental permit for the realisation of the project `&Amsterdam’ 561 homes and 1,000 m2 of facilities in Amstel III. 

&Amsterdam is located at Hettenheuvelweg 12, 14 and 16, directly bordering the Hondsrug Park. Amstel III’s 700-metre city park, the park will be realised on Hondsrugsweg. &Amsterdam’s 561 rental homes range from studios and duplexes to two-, three- and four-bedroom flats with floor areas of around 31 m2 to 120 m2. The homes feature a private outdoor space or communal courtyard garden. At least 25% of the homes will be made available to residents from Amsterdam Zuidoost or to people with key jobs in healthcare, education or the fire service.

Obtaining this environmental permit is an important milestone. In the coming months, we will be working hard to prepare for the actual start of construction on this project. The forecast is to start construction in late 2023 and deliver the entire project in 2026.”
