As an investment company, Certitudo Capital distinguishes itself through its extensive in-house real estate knowledge. This is reflected in the quality of the real estate investment funds and investment companies that Certitudo Investment Beheer BV initiates and structures, which are characterised by stable returns on investments with demonstrable underlying value. We are open to high net worth individuals and professional investors with a longer investment horizon and a focus on value creation. We retain an interest in all investments ourselves.
AIFMD licence
Certitudo Investment Beheer B.V. has been granted a licence by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM), pursuant to the Financial Supervision Act (Wft), to manage investment institutions under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD). As such, this means that Certitudo Investment Beheer BV is under the supervision of the Financial Markets Authority (AFM) and the Dutch Central Bank.
Obtaining this licence shows that Certitudo Investment Beheer B.V. complies with the requirements that come with further professionalisation of the financial markets and with the expectations of investors regarding a proportionally increasing level of quality of and by the provider.

Supervisory Board
In line with the requirements of the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets, a Supervisory Board supervises quality assurance. The members of the Supervisory Board are Ab Gillhaus, David de Buck and Herman Rademaker.
