The Leo

The proposed development at Tanthofdreef 3 in Delft was designed by MVSA Architects, consists of approximately 25,000 sqm GFA and distinguishes itself with a metropolitan character. The development is in line with the Municipality of Delft’s ambitions for Schieoevers North, as well as with the future developments around Delft South train station. This area lends itself extremely well to high ambitions in terms of mobility and sustainability. This will make Delft-Zuid Station the first ‘nul op de meter’ (zero-on-the-meter) station in the Netherlands.

The city of Delft thinks along
In Delft, plans are made with the city according to the ‘Delfts Doen’ participatory approach. As initiator, Certitudo Capital, together with the Municipality of Delft, is happy to enter into dialogue with stakeholders and interested parties.
