Berlin HYP provides Certitudo Capital with 44 million euros financing for iResidence V portfolio

German real estate financer Berlin HYP provides Certitudo Capital with 44 million euros of funding for real estate portfolio iResidence V. The portfolio includes 242 sustainable rental apartments as well as 2,300 sqm commercial space with a total value of 75 million euros. Certitudo Capital aims to hold the buildings in its own portfolio for the long term structured as an investment fund.  

Trinity Buildings, Amsterdam
Trinity Building's three towers are situated in Amstel III, Amsterdam's newest urban district. These former office buildings are currently being transformed into 133 high-end apartments. Delivery is expected in the second and third quarter of 2021. 

The Bank, Tilburg
The former ABN AMRO office in the Tilburg city centre is transforming into a mixed-use building containing 37 apartments and 2,300 sqm office space leased to ABN AMRO.

The Scorpio, Capelle aan den IJssel
iResidence V's third project is The Scorpio in Capelle aan den IJssel. Here, Certitudo Capital finalized a completely rented apartment building with 72 homes last summer.
