Sendcloud is an important company for Eindhoven that now will be located in the old city office in our city centre. This is good news for Sendcloud, good news for Eindhoven and good news for Brainport. ”
Certitudo Capital, in collaboration with the municipality of Eindhoven, is actively working on the further development of the new-build development of the building. The concept densification vision of the municipality of Eindhoven expresses the ambition to create additional housing, opting for a metropolitan living and working environment - in line with the image that Eindhoven wants to convey as the center city of the Brainport region. This is fully in line with Certitudo Capital's development plans. In order to offer Sendcloud and the tenants of SUCCEED offices high-quality business accommodation until then, the former city office is currently being renovated.
The parking garage is operated and managed by Fleet Parking. In addition to the parking spaces that are leased to Sendcloud and SUCCEED offices, the parking garage is also publicly accessible.
Sendcloud, a company that links logistics service providers to webshops, is one of the fastest growing companies in Europe. The company made it to the prestigious Financial Times Top 1000 for the second time in a row this year. E-commerce is one of the few industries that got a boost during the beginning of the corona crisis: in early April, Sendcloud saw the number of parcels grow by a an overwhelming 90 percent compared to four weeks earlier. In addition to the head office in Eindhoven, the logistics service provider has an office in Munich. Sendcloud will move to Stadhuisplein in November 2020.
Certitudo Capital realised the transaction with Sendcloud independently, whereby Sendcloud was advised by FREOX vastgoedadvies.
