Certitudo Capital has extended long-term leases with various tenants in the Helftheuvel shopping center in 's-Hertogenbosch. The shopping center had a record number of passers-by last month.

The long-term lease agreements include Shoeby, Ter Stal, Jolian lederwaren, Zonnestudio Zonneheuvel, Knuvers Sport, Le Nails and Anny van Buul Juweliers. Just like Certitudo Capital, these retailers, who are almost all active in the cosmetics or fashion industry and like Certitudo Capital also believe in the power of the physical store.
