Certitudo Capital acquires Hessenbergweg 8-10 in Amsterdam for the development of 15,000 sq. m. homes

Certitudo Capital acquires the office building at Hessenbergweg 8-10, with the aim to develop 15,000 sq. m. homes and amenities. 

Certitudo Capital has bought the property for its own property portfolio and is further expanding its property holdings within the Hettenheuvelweg/Hessenbergweg aerea in Amstel III.

The current property consists of 2,400 sq. m. office space and 54 parking spaces and has earned an energy label B. The former Intertoys office will be demolished, to make room for a new-build future-proof residential complex including amenities and an underground car park. 

Amstel III undergoes a gradual transformation from a mono-functional commercial area to a lively urban district in which people live, work and play. At least 5,000 homes of different sizes and prices will be built by 2027. Certitudo Capital is planning to build 1,500 homes, 30,000 sq. m. office space and 6,500 sq. m. office space in the area.
