Certitudo Capital has sold the business complex with office space of approximately 4,000 sqm at Rietveldweg 47 in ’s-Hertogenbosch to a foreign fund managed by Urban Real Estate Partners Limited (UREP). UREP focuses on the purchase and asset management of logistics and light industrial real estate. Due to a constructive attitude on the part of both the buyer and the seller, the transaction was concluded quickly. The business complex consists of eight business space units and a connected office / showroom space. The complex is almost completely let. The tenants include Heineken, Palmberg and Team Jumbo-Visma.

The complex is located on De Rietwaarden; with an area of ​​approximately 250 hectares, the largest business park in 's-Hertogenbosch. The site is located in the west of the city, has a direct connection to the A59 motorway and has 'De Bossche Containerterminal' (BCTN).
