Certitudo acquires Hessenbergweg 95 in Amstel III - Amsterdam

Certitudo Capital has bought the property at Hessenbergweg 95 in Amsterdam for its own property portfolio and is further expanding its property holdings within the Amstel III area.

The property, with about 3,000 m² of office space and 63 parking spaces, has been let to Croon Wolter & Dros B.V.

Hessenbergweg 95 is situated in the Amstel III office and business park. Amstel III recently changed tack, with a gradual transformation from a mono-functional commercial area to a lively urban district in which people live, work and play. This has given the area a new impulse. The municipal council set up the Amstel III spatial and programmatic development perspective for this purpose in December 2017. At least 5,000 homes of different sizes and prices will be built by 2027. Another 10,000 homes can be built in the area in the period from 2027 to 2040. Certitudo has recently acquired several properties in Amstel III, giving it a total of about 150,000 m² of new-build development. Certitudo is consequently closely involved with the transformation of the area.
