Certitudo Capital acquires Trinity Buildings in Amstel III - Amsterdam.

Rubens Capital Partners has sold the ‘Trinity Buildings’ in Amsterdam Zuidoost to Certitudo Capital.

The transaction comprises three office blocks with a total area of 9,176m² of office space and 94 parking spaces in the basement car park. The Trinity Buildings were constructed in 2002 and are very easily accessible: train and metro station Amsterdam Holendrecht is within walking distance and the A9 and A2 motorways are just minutes away.

The office complex is situated within the Amstel III office- and business park. This area spans 250 hectares, consisting of 720,000m² of gross office space and a business park. Over the coming years, Amstel III is set to transform from being purely a business zone into a lively city district, offering residential, business and recreational opportunities.
