Certitudo Capital contracts new tenants for shopping centre De Terp in Capelle aan den IJssel
Certitudo Capital signs long-term contracts with Mitra and Francis Mode in shopping centre De Terp in Capelle aan den IJssel. The 140 sq. m. shop is Mitra's first branch in Capelle aan den IJssel. In December 2019, Certitudo Capital let a unit to Francis Mode, a women's, men's and kid's fashion store with branches in Utrecht, ’s-Hertogenbosch and Oss. In addition, Certitudo Capital extended contracts with, among others, Boom Tweewielers and Faunaland. Tagzout Delicatessen wil extend its store to 300 sq. m. and Lidl opened a completely rebuilt store in 2019. Shopping centre De Terp is therewith fully occupied.
Furthermore, the owner makes investments to improve the centre's appearance. It is currently ondergoing a makeover, changing the signing and look and feel.
Shopping Centre De Terp is a complementary future-proof centre including three supermarkets: Albert Heijn, Dirk van den Broek and Lidl, supplemented with local and national formulas with a focus on everyday purchases. The centre is conveniently located in de Oostgaarde area and has underground parking.
