The Bank
The Bank combines living and working in the beating heart of Tilburg. The building on the Heuvelring 88 comprises more than 7,500 sqm GLA. The upper floors have been transformed into 37 private sector rental homes: 35 flats of approx. 50 sqm and two penthouses of approx. 94 sqm with balcony. The flats have been rented out by iResidence and were completed in the second quarter of 2021. The ground and first floors are leased to ABN AMRO as office space.
In 2016, Certitudo Capital bought the office building from ABN AMRO, which is also involved in the transformation as a financier.
The users of The Bank share an outdoor area at ground level. Parking facilities are available with electric charging stations from Fleet Facilities. In the context of sustainability, the building will be equipped with individual heat pumps, new glazing, window frames and insulation. The finishing level of the flats is luxurious.
The Bank is located in the middle of the city – on the main street of the centre, close to Piushaven, the railway zone and Central Station, and yet also close to the A56 and A58 motorways.
