WoensXL shopping mall is located in the densely populated Woensel-North district of Eindhoven and is the largest shopping centre outside the Randstad.

Shopping Mall WoensXL dates back to 1971, was fully renovated in 2006 and has since become an important district shopping centre. With supermarkets (including Jumbo and Albert Heijn XL), home furnishing shops, fashion shops and restaurants, the products on offer at WoensXL is highly varied and complementary.

Certitudo Capital owns a large number of retail units mainly centrally located on the south side of the city centre. Tenants include H&M, Hunkemöller, Van Haren, ANWB, Douglas, Etos and Bakker Bart.
