By means of this privacy statement, Certitudo Capital Group BV (hereinafter: “Certitudo Capital”) informs you about the processing of your personal data in connection with the use of our website, www.certitudo.com. This statement contains information about how Certitudo Capital, as the data controller, processes and secures your personal data. Certitudo Capital will always process personal data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in the field of data processing, including the General Data Protection Regulation.
Your personal data
Certitudo Capital processes your personal data. The purposes of a processing of personal data by Certitudo Capital always meet the requirements as described in Section 6 of the GDPR: with the consent of the person concerned; to implement a contract; to comply with a legal obligation; to protect a vital interest; to fulfil a task of general interest; or a legitimate interest. Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary for these purposes, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
Private data room environment
If you are interested in a particular investment object that you have found on our website, you may upon request obtain access to a private data room environment on our website. In this environment, additional and at times confidential information is provided about the investment properties in which you are considering investing. You are not required to provide your personal data in this context. Without this permission, we cannot give you access to the data room environment.
If you wish to access the secure environment, we will send you the login codes by email. To create a personal account for you, we need your first name, last name and email address. As soon as this involvement ends or you indicate that you wish to terminate your account, we will delete your personal data room environment and the personal data stored therein.
Vacancies
An overview of our vacancies is available on our website. If there is no suitable vacancy on our website, but you are interested in a position in our organisation, you can always send us an open application by email or letter. To assess your interest in one of our vacancies or your open application, we will process your personal data. If relevant, personal data received will be shared with a professional service provider that Certitudo Capital uses, such as a recruitment agency or assessment centre. Should the application procedure not be successful, we will destroy the personal data received four weeks after the rejection of your application. If you would like us to continue to have access to your CV for possible future positions, you can give us your permission to do so. We will then keep your CV for another twelve months.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that are sent from a website to the user’s web browser. On our website, we use cookies from the Google Analytics service to measure and analyse the effectiveness and quality of our website. These cookies will have no or only a minor impact on your privacy, because we have set them in a privacy-friendly way. For example, a processing agreement has been concluded with Google in which the purposes of the processing are specified, we will anonymise the last part of your IP address and we will not share the data obtained with Google for other purposes and/or other services.
