Amstel III in Amsterdam-Southeast is the largest area transformation in the Netherlands. The area is changing into a lively city district, bringing together living, working and recreation. The area has excellent accessibility and good amenities, and the public space will be modernised and made greener.

Certitudo Capital owns sixteen positions in the area, including one revitalisation, one transformation, two long-term leased offices and twelve demolition/new construction projects with a total investment value of EUR 650 million. In the coming years, Certitudo Capital will realise a total of 1,600 homes, 29,000 sqm of office space and 6,000 sqm of amenities.
