After graduating university with a degree in private law, Niels de Bruijn completed the professional training course in property law of the Dutch Bar Association. As a corporate lawyer he worked at Elzent Investments. Niels has worked for Certitudo Capital since 2008, initially as a real estate lawyer. Niels de Bruijn has been a co-shareholder since 2015 and is managing director together with founder Peter Kuiten and Tessa Kuiten.
